Amada Roxana (Roxy) Gallardo, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a focus on family medicine. She has clinical experience in the primary care setting, rendering care to patients 5 years of age and older. Ms. Gallardo has a particular interest in preventive medicine with a specialized focus on women’s health, adolescents and adults. She specializes in the management of acute and chronic illnesses, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension and hyperthyroidism.
Ms. Gallardo earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Texas A&M International University and pursued her Master of Science in nursing at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri, where she graduated with honors. She has extensive experience in critical care and holds a national certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
